Some of the most popular Disney collectibles are Disney Pins. Fans of Disney pins are known colloquially as “pin traders,” but you don’t have to trade the pins to enjoy these little pieces of Disney memorabilia. Disney pins come in all shapes and sizes and styles. Some pins are large, like the celebration buttons guests can wear to the parks to let everyone know it’s their birthday, family reunion, first visit, or honeymoon. Others are small, and have even tinier moveable pieces to make the pins interactive. Fans of Disney pins seek out unusual pins, or try to collect a whole series of pins. Regardless, each pin is a wonderful and affordable way to collect Disney memories.
2. Jim Shore Figurines
Fans of statuettes are sure to enjoy the Jim Shore figurines offered throughout the Walt Disney World parks and beyond. Each figure is sculpted in Jim Shore’s unique style and artfully captures the expression of each Disney character carved. Figurines range from a small Tinkerbell to large designs that incorporate elaborate Disney scenes and many characters. Whichever you choose, each figure is sure to add a little Disney magic to the room in which you display it.
3. Christmas Ornaments
For many, no trip to Walt Disney World would be complete without purchasing a Disney themed Christmas ornament to add to their tree. Glass ornaments in the shape of Mickey add a touch of classic charm to your Christmas tree. Alternatively, guests may choose from an array of character ornaments, famous shoe ornaments, or ornaments shaped like Mickey ears. No matter your selection, a Disney Christmas ornament is certainly a wonderful way to cherish your Walt Disney World vacation memories year after year.
4. Vinylmations
These three inch tall collectibles based on Mickey Mouse’s body are a great way to display your Disney Side while growing your Disney collection. Vinylmations are small figurines, which are shaped like Mickey Mouse. They come in a variety of styles, and are usually released as a series with a focus on various Disney icons, characters, and attractions. The various images are superimposed onto Mickey’s body in such a wild way that sometimes you can’t even tell it’s Mickey at all! Another great, or maybe not so great to some, is that each Vinylmation is a surprise. There’s no “window” on the packaging from which to choose your figurine so each purchase is a surprise, which encourages you to trade your duplicates with other collectors!
5. Disney Artwork
Many fans of Walt Disney, the Disney parks, Disney Imagineering choose to collect Disney artwork as a way to express their love of Disney. Disney artwork can be as small as a postcard or as large as a commissioned painting. Some collectors choose to shop from the Disney Fine Art collection, whereas others choose reproductions of classic attraction posters. Still others will collect originals from Disney Imagineers. Regardless of what you collect, it is always nice to see a little Disney magic hung on your wall.
6. Pressed Pennies
A great collectible Disney souvenir is the pressed penny. Machines to create these tiny mementos are located all throughout Walt Disney World property – in the parks, in the hotels, and even in Downtown Disney. A pressed penny is created when the penny is inserted into the machine, and then dropped and squeezed between two rollers. The face of President Lincoln is replaced by an image most likely specific to the area in which the machine is located. Collectors are able to collect pennies with the images of Disney characters, theme park icons, attractions, and special events. Many collectors have special albums for their pennies, which can lead to a truly impressive collection

What would be a Disney collection without a little Disney magic adorning your neck, wrist, ears, or hand? Disney fans can collect jewelry items in all shapes, sizes, styles, and price ranges. Jewelry options range from inexpensive earrings and bracelets for children to rings, earrings, and necklaces made of 14-18K gold and adorned with diamonds. Silhouettes can become a collection as families grown and continue to make Walt Disney World memories together.

Many Walt Disney World collectors enjoy collecting snow globes. These intricately designed snow globes depict Disney characters, parks, and special events. In most instances, fully sculpted figurines surround the base of the globe to create an elaborate scene straight out of a movie.
